Dear Track Enthusiast:

This year Jersey Shore PCA will be holding two new Drivers Education events at New Jersey Motorsports Park in Millville, NJ.

Our first events will be Wednesday and Thursday September 10th - 11th. This events is pre-PCA Club Race on the Lightning circuit (was changed by NJMP from Thunderbolt circuit on 4/21/2008). We will allow one day entrants, but will give priority for drivers signing up for two days. Instructors must sign up for two days (note if an you sign up as an instructor and don't show up for Wednesday, you will have to pay a fine to run on Thursday). This event is open to Porsche Club members with postmark no earlier than March 1st, 2008.

Our second event of the season is October 3rd - 5th on the Lightning circuit. We will have an Advanced (solo) driver only day on Friday October 3rd, with plenty of track time. This event is open to Porsche Club members with postmark no earlier than March 1st, 2008.

As with all drivers’ education events this is not a race event, nor is it race or time-trial practice. We will enforce the normal drivers’ ed practices (primarily passing only with signals, not passing in turns, and in general keeping your car under control) to ensure that all participants have a safe day.
