Sorry if you missed it! The ice
cream was good on a very hot day and our gang had a nice leisurely drive
(despite the road hazards) to Kent Park… a neat place to go back to on your
own and relax sometime. It was nice to meet new enthusiastic members Brian and
Heather Welch who came from Adel. On Sunday, August 5th we held a different Ice Cream Social than previous years. We met at 2:00 pm in North Liberty, IA for a visit to Liberty Cones. We gathered across the street at a local park and socialized, looked at one another’s cars, and then took a short scenic drive and stopped for some cold drinks.
