911 Carrera - Slate Blue Metallic, 1984 Carrera - all original sans the 7x16 and 9x16 wheels/tires.

Although Peer is an enthusiast that participates with CCCR when he can, he's not always available. You see the commute is long when he's at home. Longer than your commute. You see, Peer is a CCCR member that gets some kind of distance award for being the furthest from CCCR. He lives in Raade, Norway. This car has 170,000 miles on it at the rate of about 20,000/year. Peer says you can drive a 911 all year, and he drives his every day. It uses about 1qt. of oil per 6,000 miles.

When going skiing, Peer gets his six foot skis inside the car.

Peer says that due to the Norwegian tax system a new Porsche costs about $120,000 to $130,000 and a new Turbo costs about $180,000 to $200,000. Gasoline is about $4/gal.

Service is performed at the "local specialized Porsche shop/garage, called Autotuning". Autotuning's web site "And if you click at "biler" to the left of the screen, you may see what cars they have for sale just now".

A year ago, Peer had a painting of his car done by a famous Norwegian car painting artist, shown below:

This artist also has a painting on display at the Museum in Zuffenhausen.
